WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM?

This will depend on multiple factors such as the availability of the part, cost, shipping times, etc. We work with each individual client to determine the best place to source parts from dependent upon their timeline and budgeting needs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY ITEM?

Total repair time has many factors. If parts need to be ordered, we will always have to account for shipping times. If other issues are discovered, we will make you aware and allow you to decide if you wish to do something with that now, or wait until a later date. We are very flexible and try to work with everyone's personal schedules.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept cash and PayPal. Stay tuned, though! We are working to get a card reader set up for easier payment.
